Planning Coordinator

Location: Doha, Qatar Contract: 12-Month Contract Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate and support aircraft maintenance planning activities across Line and Base Maintenance.
• Prepare, issue, and track maintenance work packages to ensure timely completion of scheduled maintenance.
• Assist with fleet maintenance scheduling, deferred defect tracking, and engineering order implementation.
• Maintain and update Aircraft Maintenance Programme (AMP) data and technical records within TRAX.
• Ensure aircraft maintenance documentation is accurate, complete, and compliant with regulatory requirements.
• Support aircraft component tracking, technical records management, and lease return documentation.
• Liaise with Planning Engineers, Maintenance Teams, Engineering departments, and other stakeholders.
• Monitor material, tooling, and manpower requirements to support maintenance activities.
• Contribute to process improvements and ensure compliance with company procedures and aviation regulations.

Preferred Background

• Experience in aircraft maintenance planning, technical records, or aviation operations.
• Familiarity with TRAX or similar aircraft maintenance management systems.
• Understanding of Aircraft Maintenance Programmes (AMP), Airworthiness Directives (AD), and Engineering Orders (EO).
• Knowledge of aviation regulatory requirements and aircraft maintenance processes.
• Strong coordination, documentation, and communication skills.
