- Lead the estimating process across volume residential projects from initial pricing through to tender submission.
- Prepare accurate and competitive cost estimates, budgets and detailed take-offs.
- Review plans, specifications, scopes and documentation to identify project requirements and potential risks.
- Obtain, assess and negotiate pricing from subcontractors and suppliers.
- Develop and maintain accurate trade and supplier cost databases.
- Analyse project costs and identify opportunities for value engineering and cost savings.
- Work closely with Project Managers, Construction Managers and internal teams to ensure accurate project handover.
- Manage multiple tenders and deadlines while maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
