Project Application Systems Administrator

Duration: 6 months extendable Location: Paris, France

This opportunity is suited to a technical professional supporting project teams and end users in the administration and configuration of an Easy-Project suite environment. The role focuses on technical and functional support, workspace configuration, reporting, user training, and ticket management within a project delivery setting. This position offers the chance to contribute to tool development, documentation updates, and day-to-day system support in a multilingual environment.

Required Experience:

• Experience providing technical and functional support to users
• Experience supporting project teams with tool deployment and configuration
• Experience managing reporting activities for users
• Experience delivering user training and contributing to training documentation
• Experience working with ticket management processes

Required Skills:

• Communication skills in French and English
• Interest in computer tools and database management
• Knowledge of project delivery management organisation
• Ability to coordinate technical configuration of workspaces with project teams
• Strong analytical and communication skills
• Multi-tasking, initiative, and autonomy
• MS Office knowledge

Preferred Qualifications:

• 2 years of experience in industry
• Experience in the oil and gas sector
• Reporting capability
