- Resolving problematic and complex commercial issues such as:
- Measuring, assessing and valuing variations
- Review and assessment of major claims
- Quantum review and assessment of prolongation and disruption costs
- Assessment of interim accounts
- Alternative Dispute Resolution, Dispute Resolution & Litigation
- Final settlement of claims and final accounts
- Other duties shall include:
- Play a key role in initiating and implementing commercial procedures, regulations and added value working practices
- Review, updating and monitoring of project costs and adherence to Company's existing commercial procedures
- Compilation, implementation and monitoring of Training and Development Plans
- Ensuring construction contracts and professional services agreements are administered appropriately
- Resolution of major issues resulting from the review of Contractor's Cost / progress reports
