Digitalization Specialist

Job Responsibilities:

Assist Digital Solution Development in the following areas:

• Digital Solution development for engineering use - primarily on Microsoft Power Platform and Viktor Python Platform
• Identify digitalization opportunities from design workflows in engineering phase
• Engage Engineering Disciplines for stakeholder buy-in. Develop solution prototypes.
• Conduct user acceptance testing
• Document and evaluate developed solution prototypes
• Eventually, refine successfully deployed solution prototypes into enterprise-grade solutions
• Assist Development of Prompt based solutions using CoPilot
• Evaluate Cybersecurity aspects in the solutions development "

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in IT or any engineering discipline
• Fresh graduates are welcome; no prior work experience required
• Basic exposure to Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI) through coursework, self-learning, or internships
• Fundamental knowledge of Python programming and scripting concepts
• Strong interest in digitalization, automation, and data-driven problem-solving
• Willingness to learn, adapt, and work collaboratively in a project-based environment
• Good analytical, communication, and documentation skills
