Argentina - Neuquén - Wireline Engineer Sr - Wireline and Perforating (Neuquen, Q, AR, 8300)

Job Duties

Perform Wireline operations in unconventional Oil & Gas environments, including shale plays, tight reservoirs, horizontal wells, and multi-stage completion projects. Operate and maintain Wireline equipment while ensuring safe, efficient, and high-quality service delivery. Support well intervention, completion, and production enhancement activities, troubleshoot equipment and operational issues in the field, and ensure compliance with all HSE standards and customer requirements. Collaborate with field crews and customers to optimize job execution, maintain accurate operational records, and contribute to achieving operational and service quality objectives. Minimun 2 years of experience working in unconventional reservoirs is required.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of hands-on Wireline experience in the Oil & Gas industry.
• Proven experience performing Wireline operations in unconventional reservoirs, including shale plays, tight gas, and horizontal wells.
• Experience supporting multi-stage completion and well intervention activities.
• Strong knowledge of Wireline equipment, tools, and operational procedures.Demonstrated commitment to Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) standards.
• Ability to troubleshoot operational and equipment-related issues in the field.Strong communication and teamwork skills with the ability to work in a fast-paced operational environment.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Petroleum, Mechanical, Industrial, Electronic, or related discipline) required.
