Key Responsibilities Site Administration

• Manage daily administrative activities at the project site.
• Maintain site records, reports, and documentation.
• Organise filing systems for project documents and correspondence.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and site procedures.

Personnel & HR Support

• Coordinate employee onboarding and mobilisation.
• Maintain attendance records, timesheets, and leave tracking.
• Arrange accommodation, transportation, and site access for employees and visitors.
• Support payroll-related documentation and manpower records.

Logistics & Procurement Support

• Coordinate travel bookings, vehicle arrangements, and logistics.
• Track office supplies, PPE inventory, and site consumables.
• Liaise with vendors and suppliers regarding deliveries and invoices.

Document Control

• Maintain project documentation, permits, and compliance records.
• Prepare weekly and monthly administrative reports.
• Ensure all records are updated and stored according to company requirements.

HSE & Compliance Support

• Assist in organising safety inductions and training sessions.
• Maintain HSE records, incident logs, and compliance documentation.
• Support audits and inspections by ensuring documentation is available.

Stakeholder Coordination

• Act as the administrative focal point between site teams, head office, and contractors.
• Schedule meetings and prepare meeting minutes.
• Handle incoming correspondence and communications.
