Electrical And Instrument Supervisor

We are recruiting an experienced E&I Supervisor to join a leading client in Antwerp.
The successful candidate will oversee electrical and instrumentation construction activities on site, ensuring work is completed safely, to the required quality standards and in line with project schedules.
Key Responsibilities

• Supervise subcontractors carrying out electrical and instrumentation installation activities.
• Ensure all work complies with HSE requirements, permits, approved procedures and project specifications.
• Coordinate site activities, manpower, materials and progress against the construction schedule.
• Oversee cable tray installation, cable pulling, earthing, electrical tracing and E&I equipment installation.
• Coordinate inspections, testing, calibration and quality documentation.
• Monitor subcontractor performance, resolve site issues and ensure punch list items are closed out.
• Liaise with the Construction Manager, E&I Superintendent and QC team to ensure safe and efficient project delivery.

Requirements

• Solid background in electrical and instrumentation construction.
• Minimum 5 years' experience in construction site supervision or management.
• Experience supervising subcontractors on industrial, energy or oil and gas projects.
• Knowledge of electrical and instrumentation installation, inspection and testing.
• VCA-VOL certification.
• Good computer skills, including Microsoft Office.
• Fluent written and spoken English.
• Strong leadership, communication and organisational skills.
