- Ensure marine operations are executed safely and in compliance with contract agreement, industry standards and best practices.
- Liaise with Vessel Management Team (VMT) on the status, ongoing and planned activities, highlighting issues and recommending mitigations.
- Lead for T&I execution planning for procedure development and readiness-to-proceed (RTP) including constructability reviews, risk assessments, installation readiness reviews
- Ensure communication and alignment across supporting functions and other impacted projects, Technical - Marine, OPCO for efficient offshore operations execution.
- Participate in project execution planning to ensure delivery in accordance with Contract milestones.
- Consolidate T&I deliverables review to assure compliance with Company specifications and standards.
- Coordinate with offshore team for timely reporting of work performed to ensure that scope is completed as per Contract.
- Facilitate readiness reviews to ensure timely vessels surveys, inspections and mobilization.
- Report and follow up on incidents, including participating in incident investigation as needed, to ensure root cause analyses and lessons learnt are accurately recorded and presented for future implementation.
