Project Administrator

We’re supporting our client, a global leader in offshore energy solutions, specializing in innovative floating production systems and services for the oil and gas industry, with the hire of a Project Administrator in Rotterdam.
12 month contract with potential for extension. Mon-Fri 40hrs per week. Preference for working 4 days per week from the office, with the possibility to work from home on Fridays.
Role Purpose:
The Project Administrator will be responsible for supporting the team through the following activities:

• Organizing and scheduling meetings.
• Preparing and recording meeting minutes.
• Coordinating travel arrangements for visitors (Shell, NUIMs and NUPRC), including support with visa and immigration processes.
• Preparing presentations and reports, with strong proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel, and other Microsoft Office applications.
• Managing the procurement of small services.
• Organizing team events and other administrative activities.

Education & Experience:

• HBO education background or a minimum of 5 years of experience in an Administrative Assistant / Project Administrator role.
• Fluent in English and Dutch.
• Due to the urgency of the role and project start dates, candidates will ideally already be based in the Netherlands with current right to work - therefore no relocation or visa sponsorship is available at this time.
