An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced HR Director to establish and lead the people function across a growing organisation delivering major digital infrastructure and engineering projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead HR strategy and organisational development initiatives.
• Support workforce planning and business growth across multiple functions.
• Drive recruitment and talent acquisition activities.
• Develop compensation, benefits and performance management frameworks.
• Support employee engagement, leadership development and retention initiatives.
• Ensure HR compliance, governance and best practices.
• Partner closely with executive leadership and senior stakeholders.

Requirements

• Significant experience in a senior HR leadership position.
• Strong background in talent acquisition, organisational development and employee engagement.
• Experience supporting growth-focused organisations.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Experience within engineering, infrastructure, technology, construction or related industries is advantageous.
• Fluent English required.
