Construction Coordinator

This is a senior-level Construction Coordinator role focused on construction planning, project coordination, contractor management, and ensuring projects are delivered on schedule and to required quality standards.
Key Responsibilities

• Develop and manage the Construction Planning Program (CPP) in coordination with Construction leadership.
• Coordinate construction planning activities and provide input to Construction Management.
• Manage multiple projects of varying size and complexity simultaneously.
• Coordinate and oversee implementation contractors.
• Ensure project deliverables are RFI-ready, on schedule, and meet quality and project requirements.
• Identify project issues, risks, and opportunities and develop timely, practical solutions.
• Work across multi-disciplinary teams and stakeholders, ensuring effective communication and knowledge sharing.

Qualifications

• BS/MS in Engineering.
• Previous experience in a construction, engineering, project coordination, or closely related role.
• Strong coordination and interface management capabilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including presentations.
• Ability to effectively manage multiple priorities and projects.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
