Sales Coordinator Contract

Job Description Works under limited supervision to support the Appliances, HVAC, and Lighting businesses by assisting sales professionals and customers with inquiries, quotation generation, case development, and order processing. Takes a broad perspective to resolve customer inquiries and ensure smooth pre- and post-sales activities. Responsibilities: Customer & Sales Support Respond to customer inquiries via phone and electronic channels in a timely and professional manner Support sales teams with administrative and coordination tasks Connect customers with appropriate internal stakeholders (e.g., Account Managers, Engineers, Delivery Teams) Quote & Order Management Prepare and issue quotations using standardized pricing tools Follow up with customers to convert quotations into confirmed orders Accurately process and manage orders within ERP systems Pre- & Post-Sales Coordination Coordinate activities to ensure compliance with certification requirements Support customers in meeting product and service adoption timelines Track progress and ensure all sales-related activities meet established deadlines Data & Collaboration Maintain and update customer and account data in internal systems Provide reports and insights to support account strategy and opportunity development Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues and improve service delivery Build internal networks to proactively address challenges and enhance customer experience Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent Proficiency in MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook) and CRM software Less than 1 year of related experience Basic business acumen and understanding of sales processes Familiarity with relevant products/services sufficient to generate quotations Experience managing internal systems and data Strong communication and administrative skills Good command of English is preferred With over 90 years' combined experience, NES Fircroft (NES) is proud to be the world's leading engineering staffing provider spanning the Oil & Gas, Power & Renewables, Chemicals, Construction & Infrastructure, Life Sciences, Mining and Manufacturing sectors worldwide.
