Job Duties Good understanding on basic accounting concepts Payroll accounting or General Accounting experience, able to handle Month end activities like JV postings, Manual accrual /reclass/ recharges, cost distribution and allocation reporting Understanding with Accrual, payment offsets, releases Cost trend analysis and analytical thinking to solve the problems and accounting treatment Hands-on experience with PIT and Inpat tax calculations/filings BS reconciliation preparation and exposure reporting Payroll related Statutory payments and reconciliations HC and personnel cost variance analysis Internal & External audit support and documentation Process transition experience A high school diploma or equivalent and at least 2 years of related experience required.
