About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Contracts Lead to join a global procurement operations team supporting request-to-order activities across multiple business units. This role is responsible for overseeing transactional procurement processes and supporting the administration of supplier and service-related contractual obligations, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely resolution of issues across the end-to-end ordering lifecycle.
You will act as a key point of contact for complex order, receiving, and contract administration matters, while also supporting team capability development and driving continuous improvement initiatives across the function.
Key Responsibilities
Create, amend, and manage goods receipt and service entry transactions within ERP systems in accordance with business requirements, supporting documentation, and relevant contractual terms and conditions
Investigate and resolve complex order, receiving, invoice, and contract administration issues in collaboration with suppliers, finance teams, and internal stakeholders, including matters relating to contract deliverables, pricing, and service requirements, through to closure
Ensure delivery of team KPIs, productivity targets, service level agreements, and contract administration requirements and obligations are consistently met
Provide guidance to internal stakeholders and suppliers on procurement, receiving, and contract administration requirements, including the application of agreed terms and supporting documentation
Ensure all procurement, contract administration, and order management activities comply with relevant policies, controls, contractual obligations, and regulatory requirements
Support training and onboarding of team members and contribute to peer review processes relating to procurement and contract administration activities
Identify and lead process improvement opportunities focused on efficiency, effectiveness, user experience, and the consistent administration of contract-related procurement processes
Skills and Experience
Ideally the candidate will possess a Diploma level qualification in a highly relevant field plus a minimum of 1 year of post-qualification employment experience.
3 years of employment experience minimum will be considered in place of any formal qualifications.

Strong understanding of process controls and compliance frameworks
Desirable Skills
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
Experience within procurement, requisition-to-pay processes, or ERP systems
