This is a strategic leadership role within a high-impact project environment, focused on driving operational excellence, continuous improvement, and transformation across a complex project portfolio. This position is ideal for professionals with strong experience in portfolio management, digital and non-digital transformation initiatives, and a proven ability to enhance execution performance within large-scale, multidisciplinary environments. Key Responsibilities People Management Understand business requirements and effectively allocate tasks across the team Ensure team members possess the required competencies to meet current and future business needs Provide leadership, direction, and mentorship to the functional team and wider community Methods & Tools Align Project Management Office (PMO) processes and tools with broader organizational and group functions Define and implement activities aligned with strategic objectives Cross-Functional Collaboration Facilitate the sharing of project learnings, incidents, best practices, and ways of working across teams Lead Performance Improvement Committees and excellence-focused communities Build strong partnerships across business units and group functions to ensure a coordinated approach Continuous Improvement Lead and manage improvement initiatives related to: Performance incident investigations Cold Eye Reviews Performance analysis Organizational learning and knowledge sharing Candidate Profile Education Master’s degree in Engineering, Project Management, or a related field Experience Extensive experience in project management or leading teams in complex, large-scale project environments Strong background in strategy execution, transformation projects (digital and non-digital), and operational excellence Proven experience in aligning processes and tools across multiple functions Demonstrated success in stakeholder management, including senior leadership and cross-functional teams
