12D Civil Designer – Rail (Contract) Location: Brisbane, QLD Contract: 6 months with possible extension Rate: Open to market rate Industry: Road and Rail Infrastructure NES Fircroft is partnering with a leading engineering consultancy to source an experienced 12D Civil Designer to support the delivery of a major road/rail infrastructure project. This contract role will see you embedded within a high-performing design team, contributing to the development of civil rail corridor designs from concept through to detailed delivery. Key Responsibilities Deliver civil design solutions using 12D Model across rail infrastructure projects Develop alignments, earthworks, drainage, and grading designs to TMR standard Produce high-quality design documentation (plans, cross-sections, long sections) Support multidisciplinary coordination across track, structures, and utilities Participate in design reviews and project delivery milestones About You Proven experience as a 12D Civil Designer within infrastructure projects Strong background in rail, roads, or linear corridor design, working to TMR standards Advanced proficiency in 12D Model Solid understanding of earthworks, drainage, and alignment design Ability to work in a fast-paced, project-driven environment If you are a driven 12D Civil Designer looking for your next contract opportunity, apply now or contact Brie Anderssen for a confidential discussion.
