What You’ll Do: Lead design and delivery of large-scale roads and highways projects Set technical standards and champion sustainable engineering solutions Mentor and inspire a high-performing team Expand client networks and grow project pipelines What You Bring: Degree in Civil Engineering or related field with 15+ years’ roads/highways engineering experience as well as strong TMR experience Registered Professional Engineer of Queensland (RPEQ) Proven leadership and stakeholder engagement skills Passion for innovation and sustainability in transport infrastructure Cross-regional project experience in ANZ Familiarity with emerging tech and digital tools Business development exposure Extensive experience managing complex, large-scale projects Willingness to travel within ANZ as needed Join a company where your expertise drives change and communities thrive.
