Recruitment Campaign Pool -Project Construction Manager(topside/vessel/overall)

Purpose The Project Construction Manager oversees the overall phases of construction project, ensuring they are completed in compliance with HSSE, Quality, on time in line with schedule requirements and within budget. You are involved throughout the lifecycle to implement the construction strategy. You provide the necessary Construction expertise to support the Project Management Team to make key strategic decisions. Responsibilities Your responsibilities include planning, scheduling and coordinating activities on-site, while also managing resources, subcontractors, and personnel assigned in the project at site. You collaborate across project functions and levels to address design changes, resolve issues and optimize construction efficiency. You monitor budgets and implement cost control measures to optimize resourse utilication and mitigate financial risks. You are proactive in identification of potential hazards or obstacles and implement appropriate measures to minimize impact on project outcomes. You prepare and present regular progress reports to senior management and stakeholders, highlighting key achievements and addressing any concerns. You ensure compliance with industry standards, safety regulations, environmental guidelines, and company policies. You manage relationships with stakeholders, including clients, contractors, regulatory bodies, and internal teams, to ensure effective communication and collaboration. You foster a culture of safety, quality, and continuous improvement throughout the project lifecycle. Education At least a Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering or a related field with sound and comprehensive understanding of construction principles, project management methodlogies, and HSSE regulations. Experience 10+ years of progressive and combined hands-on construction experience and project management expertise in the construction, energy or related industry. Possess a combination of construction experience, project management skills, leadership abilities and proven track record of successfully delivering construction projects.
