We are looking for minimum 3 years experienced engineers with an emphasis on data engineering and analytics using visualization tools to provide wells engineering support across ExxonMobil’s global portfolio. This position will also require interaction with the broader data science and analytics career community in ExxonMobil India to share best practices and upskill on various technologies (Snowflake, Databricks, many others). What you will do Develop, deliver, and sustain interactive reports, dashboards, and visualization solutions which effectively communicate key performance indicators (KPIs) and other metrics to stakeholders Leverage analytical tools (PowerBI, Spotfire) to identify patterns and generate data driven insights or product ideas that can lead to accelerated business decisions supporting Wells operations. Gather, cleanse and analyze data from various sources to enable improved analytics and insight generation Collaborate with cross functional teams to integrate data from various sources (Wellview, PI, SAP, EC, CORVA etc.) Provide engineering recommendations in drilling, completions, and well performance area to ExxonMobil Wells teams based on data modeling and analysis Maintain documentation for data processes, models, reports and analytics to ensure clarity, consistency and sustained stewardship of delivered solutions Partner with stakeholders to understand their complex business scenarios and translate requirements into data-driven solutions Create and manage data models to support business analysis and decision-making About you Update Skills and Qualifications to: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree from a recognized university in data engineering, data visualization, petroleum engineer, chemical engineer or computer graphics design with minimum GPA of 7.5 Minimum 3 years of work experience in Data analytics and visualization preferably in the oil and gas industry. Strong analytical skills to evaluate critical design & operating parameters through data and trend analysis.
