The Completion Manager - Commissioning is responsible for managing the system completion process, ensuring that all Construction, pre-commissioning (mechanical completion), and commissioning activities are properly tracked, documented, and handed over in accordance with project requirements. This role oversees the implementation and management of completion systems (e.g., Completions Management System - CMS), ensuring all systems, subsystems, and equipment are tested, documented, and accepted in a structured and traceable manner to enable safe and efficient plant start-up.
