As a Production Estimator, you'll play a key role in project delivery and cost management, ensuring construction is accurately planned and financially controlled. Responsibilities include: Preparing detailed production estimates for custom residential builds Collaborating with Drafting, Estimating, and Site teams to manage project costs Reviewing plans, specifications, and material requirements Maintaining accurate project cost records and updates Using Buildertrend software to track costs, variations, and revisions Supporting the business to deliver projects on time and within budget
