What role will you play in our team Ensure contract and task administration is carried out in a timely, accurate manner in line with the contract. Support to LOBD team by coordinating and ensuring end to end flawless processing of contracts in systems. Key responsibilities include: Enter commercial transactions into the systems. Coordinates, records functional reviews/endorsements of contracts across organizations & regions as required. Ensures all master data requests are accurately entered into appropriate system and compliance with all EM company policies and legal obligations as required. Maintains repository of contracts/amendments/approvals/supporting documents in relevant systems/tools as required. Maintains contract documentation and supports UIA/Internal audit reviews, contract register and repository of contracts and amendments including approval documentation Monitors/supports contractual task execution as required. Supports contract owners / business line in resolving operational, commercial or contractual issues, as required. Works with cross functional team in development of GTCs and facilitates development and approval of boundary conditions. About You Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, International Trade or similar degrees. 3+ years of experience in Contract Management support. Strong analytical and communication skills.
