What Role You Will Play on Our Team The Sr. Talent Insights Advisor will play a critical role in advancing the organization's people analytics and workforce intelligence capabilities. This position will enable transforming integrated HR and business data into actionable insights that support strategic workforce decisions, enhance talent outcomes, and drive organizational performance. Leveraging the organization's HR technology foundation, including SuccessFactors, Snowflake, and other enterprise data platforms, the role will lead the integration and analysis of workforce data across multiple sources to deliver scalable, insight-driven solutions. The position will help establish and mature advanced analytics capabilities, develop repeatable analytical methodologies, and address complex workforce questions through data-driven recommendations. This role is ideal for a highly analytical professional who combines strong quantitative skills, statistical expertise, and business acumen with the ability to influence stakeholders. It provides an opportunity to shape the future of talent analytics while developing toward broader leadership positions within HR and the organization What You Will Do Generate Predictive Workforce Insights Translate business questions into structured analytical approaches and actionable recommendations Identify drivers and root causes of key workforce outcomes Analyze workforce trends across HR data sources (e.g., attrition, hiring, mobility, engagement) Integrate survey data (e.g., Qualtrics) with operational HR data to uncover deeper insights Enable Scalable HR Analytics Leverage curated datasets and data models developed in Snowflake or similar systems Build reusable analytical tools that reduce reliance on one-off analysis Collaborate with analytics teams to operationalize models and outputs Integrate analytical results into reporting and BI tools (e.g., Power BI) Support Insight Generation and Storytelling Communicate complex analytical findings in a clear and compelling way Develop narratives that connect data to business outcomes and actions Create presentations and materials for HR and business leaders Promote adoption of data-driven decision-making across HR Establish Standards and Analytical Rigor Apply best practices in statistical analysis, validation, and interpretation Ensure transparency and documentation of analytical methods and assumptions Drive consistent analytical approaches across the team Support data governance and responsible use of workforce data Partner with BHR and Design Teams Partners with stakeholders (e.g., BHR, D&S, Learning, Talent Acquisition) on strategic workforce questions Contribute to defining and refining meaningful workforce metrics and KPIs Bridge data, analytics, and business context to improve decision-making Build Advanced Analytics Capability Lead advanced analytics work (e.g., driver analysis, segmentation, attrition modeling) Develop and apply statistical and machine learning techniques to HR datasets Establish repeatable analytical frameworks and methodologies Develops consolidated guide of best practices from both technical and behavioral perspectives Provides training and mentors others on analytical best practices About You Key Competencies Strong analytical, critical thinking and problem-solving skills Ability to operate effectively in evolving and ambiguous environments Balance of technical depth and business understanding Curiosity about workforce dynamics and HR strategy Ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders Required Qualifications 5+ years of experience in advanced analytics, data science, or re
