Partner with the best This position is responsible for assisting in the development of the commercial strategy for the assigned regions and segment, as well as executing it. This requires interfacing with a broad range of customers and internal stakeholders As the Well Construction Commercial Manager, you will be responsible for: Collaborating across multiple geographies and product lines for strategy alignment and successful bidding outcomes Owning segment pricing initiatives/projects within the assigned regions Validating risk and reward balance, considering factors such as terms and conditions, technical risks, margin, security of payment Working with the OFSE and segment sales teams within the regions to build and maintain a pricing strategy for the segment and region Leading team through entire inquiry to order life cycle for all product lines. Handling complex or stimulating commercial issues or multi country deals Fuel your passion To be successful in this role you will: Have a bachelor's degree or equivalent. Have minimum of 5 years of experience in either a Sales or Commercial role Have good experience in Proposals Have minimum of 15 years of experience in the Oil & Gas Industry Have sales or operational experience in Drilling Services, Drilling & Completion Fluids, Drill Bits or Completions Have the ability to analyze and resolve problems, and lead programs / projects.
