Job Title: Offshore Data Processor Duration: 1 year Schedule: Offshore and office-based Location: France and offshore assignments This opportunity sits within offshore survey studies and focuses on the processing, quality control and delivery of survey and positioning data, with particular emphasis on multibeam datasets. The role supports technically demanding project work across office and offshore operations, with scope to contribute to data integrity, reporting and geodetic implementation. It is well suited to candidates with strong offshore data processing expertise, survey software capability and experience working in Oil & Gas environments. Key Responsibilities: Process survey and positioning data, including multibeam data, in line with project requirements. Assist with the installation of survey and positioning equipment and software systems. Support calibration and verification of sensors in coordination with Online Surveyors. Install and configure data processing systems and computer hardware. Connect data processing systems to online systems, printers and data archiving systems. Check data flow, storage, formatting and overall data quality. Plan data processing workflows to support efficient project delivery. Process, format and prepare reports from acquired survey data. Prepare and verify project databases and reference files, ensuring current versions are used. Ensure correct implementation of geodetic parameters in data processing and mapping procedures. Assess work progress and report issues, including where re-surveys or infill surveys may be required. Ensure survey data is stored correctly and backed up appropriately. Maintain records to support traceability from data acquisition through to final delivery. Carry out quality control of processed datasets against project acceptance criteria and procedures. Forecast tide levels using harmonic constituents and cotidal data. Compile survey reports with input from other survey disciplines. Provide a detailed final report on data issues encountered and the solutions implemented. Check and verify charts, digital deliverables and field reports as required. Monitor real-time data acquisition in coordination with the Online Surveyor. Required Education & Certifications: Bachelor of Science or Master of Science degree (Required) BOSIET (OPITO) + CA-EBS certification (Required) Valid Medical Fitness Certificate (Required) Required Experience: Experience within Offshore Survey studies Experience working in the Oil & Gas industry Experience supporting offshore or office-based survey data processing operations Required Skills: Proficiency in English, both written and spoken Proficiency in Eiva NaviEdit Proficiency in NaviModel Strong survey and positioning data processing capability Ability to perform quality control on processed datasets and deliverables Ability to manage geodetic parameters within data processing and mapping procedures About Airswift: Airswift is an international workforce solutions provider within the energy, technology, process and infrastructure industries.
