What will you do The position builds relationships with a dedicated customer portfolio while acting as a coordinator and a primary contact for Sales Operations. Collaborate with functions such as Customer Service, Receivables, Supply Chain, etc. to enable comprehensive support of the Sales team as well as unique customer needs or issues. Perform data analysis and generate actional insights to support decision-making and drive business outcomes. Proactively initiate and drive improvements in automation, communication clarity, and process efficiency to ensure consistent and seamless customer experience.
