What role you will play in our team In this role, you will collaborate closely with Sales, Marketing, Technology, Customer Support, and Supply Chain teams to develop customer-focused strategies, advance new business opportunities, and support the successful commercialization of innovative polymer solutions. You will leverage your commercial acumen, technical understanding, and relationship-building skills to drive profitable growth and achieve business objectives. What you will do Manage and grow strategic customer relationships across the Industrial Packaging segment. Develop account plans, negotiate commercial agreements, and achieve sales objectives. Identify and advance business opportunities through effective pipeline management and cross-functional collaboration. Understand customer needs and provide technical and commercial solutions using our product portfolio. Conduct customer visits, build new business relationships, and drive business development initiatives. Collaborate with Marketing, Technology, Supply Chain, and Customer Support teams to deliver value and improve customer experience. Gather market intelligence and contribute to strategic growth initiative Support forecasting, contract management, and resolution of customer inquiries. About you Skills and Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, Materials Science, Polymer Science, or a related technical discipline preferred. Exposure in the petrochemical industry, including technical sales, business development, marketing, or technical service. Strong commercial and business acumen. Experience managing customer relationships and strategic accounts. Ability to understand customer technical requirements and translate them into business solutions. Experience with CRM systems and pipeline management tools. Strong negotiation and contract management skills. Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities. Fluent English, both written and spoken. Ability to travel up to 60% of the time. Preferred Qualifications / Experience Experience selling into the Industrial Packaging market segment. Strong value-selling capabilities in complex technical environments. Experience working with OEMs and strategic manufacturing customers. Demonstrated ability to influence stakeholders and drive change management initiatives. Strong leadership capabilities and ability to work beyond direct responsibilities. Proven ability to work independently and manage priorities with minimal supervision. Results-oriented mindset with a focus on delivering business outcomes. Strong strategic thinking, planning, and market analysis skills. Ability to identify best practices and drive continuous improvement initiatives. Excellent networking, collaboration, and cross-functional teamwork skills. Ability to influence without formal authority and build consensus across diverse stakeholder groups. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively across all levels of the organization.
