Job Group Capability Trading Job Group Trading Job Role Description Supports the execution of the daily trade management workflow by ensuring accurate trade capture for some types of trades, clean data entry, and timely resolution of trade-related issues. Acts as a key enabler of front-office efficiency by maintaining data integrity, coordinating with operational and back-office teams, and providing system expertise to traders and analysts Job Role Responsibilities Support trade capture only for internal, affiliate, and statistical trades, ensuring timely and accurate entry into the trading system Validate and update trade details to ensure clean data entry; proactively identify and resolve root causes of data quality issues Act as the primary contact for resolving issues related to contracts, settlements, scheduling, and ticketing Ensure master data integrity by coordinating with data, analytics, and systems teams to maintain accurate setup in the trading system Serve as a Power User of trading systems, providing coaching and support to front-office users and promoting best practices Coordinate and report on Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for the work team to ensure transparency and continuous improvement Functional Skills Energy Commodity & Derivative Trading Trading Scheduling Market Pricing Mechanisms Energy Risk Analysis & Mitigation Financial Markets Execution
