Commissioning HVAC Specialist/Lead Location: Nantong, China - FPSO project Duration: ASAP - Jan 2028 Purpose of the role: Prepare, lead and coordinate commissioning, energization and start-up of FPSO HVAC systems ensuring safe execution, technical quality and proper completion of commissioning documentation. Being technical focal point for all related commissioning HVAC topics. Lead HVAC Commissioning Supervisors and Technicians, coordinate Vendors. Minimum Requirements HVAC Lead with minimum 10 years of proven experience in pre-com, commissioning and start-up of HVAC complex system in Oil&Gas and Offshore Industry. The candidate shall have executed at least one FPSO project (or similar offshore facilities), from Shipyard pre-com phase to Offshore campaign, covering Discipline Commissioning Lead position within an EPC Contractor organization. Have a good multidiscipline knowledge for all aspects related to HVAC systems (E&I, automation, mechanical). Technical diploma or equivalent HVAC qualification with significant relevant field experience. Valid qualification / Special Operation Certificate applicable to the assigned HVAC activities under Chinese regulations. Experience with OTPs, test sheets, LUNs, Punch Lists and Red Line Mark-ups. Good reporting, communication and team supervision skills, with good working English.
