Job Title: 24158 - Inspection Coordinator Duration: Dec 2026 - Apr 2028 Schedule: 5 days' work per week, 8 hours per day excluding 1 hour lunch break Location: Shandong, China (Yard Himile - Gaomi) Open to China local candidates only (Chinese nationality is required) This opportunity is suited to a quality-focused professional who can coordinate inspection activities across equipment, materials, and processes within the oil and gas sector. The role supports compliance, safety, and project delivery through inspection planning, documentation control, non-conformance management, and liaison with suppliers, contractors, and third-party inspectors. This company offers a technically focused position with strong exposure to quality control plans, regulatory management, and inspection, testing, commissioning, and monitoring activities. Required Education: Bachelor's degree in engineering, quality management, or a related technical field Required Experience: Proven experience in inspection coordination or quality assurance within the oil and gas industry Experience coordinating with internal teams, external inspectors, suppliers, contractors, and regulatory bodies Experience maintaining inspection records, certificates, and non-conformance reports Required Skills: Strong knowledge of industry standards and regulatory requirements Inspection planning and schedule development based on project requirements Compliance monitoring across company policies, project requirements, and regulatory standards Ability to identify, document, and support resolution of non-conformances and quality issues Proficiency in inspection management software and Microsoft Office Suite Strong organizational, time-management, communication, and interpersonal skills Attention to detail, problem-solving ability, and the ability to work under pressure to meet tight deadlines Knowledge of expediting, quality control plans, regulatory management, package management, purchasing tools and processes, and third-party relationship management Required Certifications: Relevant certifications in inspection or quality assurance About Airswift: Airswift is an international workforce solutions provider within the energy, process and infrastructure industries.
