Job Title: 23959 - Construction Structural Supervisor Duration: Jan 2027 - May 2028 Schedule: 5 days' work per week, 8 hours per day excluding 1 hour lunch break Location: Tianjin, China (Shipyard based - BOMESC) Open to China local candidates only (Chinese nationality is required) This opportunity sits within a construction and commissioning environment, focused on coordinating structural discipline activities at site in line with approved plans, specifications, HSSE standards, quality requirements, and project schedule. The role offers involvement across workforce management, material handling, equipment usage, stakeholder coordination, and reporting, with a strong emphasis on structural inspection, commissioning, risk management, and technical execution. This company operates in the energy, process and infrastructure space. Required Education: Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field Required Experience: Proven experience as a Construction Supervisor or in a similar role Strong understanding of construction and commissioning management processes within the relevant discipline Experience supervising daily site operations, including workforce management, material handling, and equipment usage Experience coordinating with construction teams, project management, and other stakeholders to resolve issues and support project delivery Required Skills: Ability to ensure construction and commissioning activities are executed according to approved plans, specifications, and project schedule Strong knowledge of HSSE protocols, quality regulations, and construction standards Ability to read blueprints, plans, and technical documents Structural hull and structural topsides technical understanding Inspection, testing, commissioning, and monitoring capability Third-party relationship management Construction, commissioning, and quality strategy understanding Regulatory and process safety awareness Leadership, planning, and risk management capability Design and execution technical understanding Ability to prepare and submit reports highlighting achievements, challenges, and recommendations Required Certifications: CSWIP 3.1, IWI (IIW-S-IIS), AWS QC1, or CWI About Airswift: Airswift is an international workforce solutions provider within the energy, process and infrastructure industries.
