Prepare detailed estimates for civil subdivision projects Develop first-principles cost build-ups for stormwater, sewer and water pipework Develop first-principles cost build-ups for roadworks and bulk earthworks Review project documentation, drawings and quantities to develop accurate pricing Work through project costs and requirements to ensure estimates are detailed and commercially sound Liaise with suppliers and subcontractors as required throughout the estimating process
