Trading Analyst JG4 (Senior Contract Advisor (Derivatives)

Job Title: Senior Contract Advisor Duration: 12 months Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM (40 hours per week) Location: Singapore This opportunity sits within a global trading environment supporting derivatives contracting and commercial advisory activity. The role focuses on OTC derivatives documentation, contract negotiation, risk analysis, and regulatory compliance, with scope to support both pre-deal and post-deal activity across complex trading arrangements. This position offers exposure to a fast-paced energy trading setting and the chance to contribute to commercially important contractual outcomes. Required Education: Bachelor's Degree in Law or equivalent legal/commercial contracting experience Required Experience: Minimum 4 years' experience negotiating and managing derivative contracts, including ISDA agreements Experience supporting OTC derivatives contracts and trade confirmations Experience working in a fast-paced, commercially focused environment Experience resolving contractual issues with counterparties and coordinating with internal and external stakeholders Required Skills: Strong working knowledge of OTC derivatives trading documentation and contractual frameworks Expertise in ISDA Agreements, Credit Support Annexes, Variation Margin CSAs, Brokerage Agreements, and Master Trading Agreements Ability to draft, review, negotiate, and manage standard and complex derivatives agreements Strong understanding of regulations governing derivatives trading activities Commercial judgment and contractual risk assessment capability Ability to prepare and negotiate bespoke agreements supporting new business opportunities and structured transactions Strong stakeholder management, organisation, analytical ability, and attention to detail Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to work independently while managing competing priorities and tight deadlines Ability to provide guidance and mentorship within a collaborative team environment About Airswift: Airswift is an international workforce solutions provider within the energy, process and infrastructure industries.
