Platform Delivery Lead

Role Overview The Platform Delivery Lead is responsible for managing and enhancing bp's Customer Identity Platform (CIP) and Data Subject Rights (DSR) services. This role acts as the key link between business stakeholders, application teams, and technology teams to ensure identity, privacy, and consent management solutions remain reliable, secure, and aligned with business objectives. Key Responsibilities Lead onboarding of applications and business units onto the DSR platform. Drive adoption of Customer Identity Platform (CIP) and DSR solutions across the organization. Manage stakeholder engagement with application owners, business users, privacy teams, and technology partners. Oversee service operations, governance, incident management, and continuous improvement initiatives. Act as the primary escalation point for service issues, incidents, and operational risks. Lead strategic CIP initiatives, including platform rollouts, identity modernization, and new market implementations. Provide regular reporting, governance updates, and performance insights to leadership teams. Collaborate with engineering, product, support, and customer care teams to deliver business outcomes. Requirements Experience managing customer-facing applications, platforms, or enterprise technology services. Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills across business and technology teams. Experience leading application onboarding, platform adoption, or transformation initiatives. Strong project planning, governance, and delivery management capabilities. Experience with incident management, operational support, and service improvement. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Experience working in Agile environments. Preferred Skills Knowledge of Customer Identity and Access Management (CIAM), Identity Management, or Privacy platforms. Understanding of Data Subject Rights (DSR), GDPR, or privacy compliance processes. Experience in large-scale platform deployments or global rollouts. Knowledge of service management frameworks and operational governance. High-level understanding of modern identity technologies and authentication solutions.
