Key Responsibilities Lead the structural analysis, design and delivery of complex infrastructure, industrial, water, transport and building projects. Provide technical leadership, mentoring and guidance to engineers, graduates, designers and drafters. Prepare and review structural calculations, engineering reports, specifications and technical documentation. Manage project scope, schedule, budget, quality and risk to ensure successful project delivery. Build and maintain strong client relationships, contribute to proposals and support business development activities. Coordinate multidisciplinary project teams and provide construction support, inspections and technical reviews. Drive continuous improvement, technical excellence and compliance with Australian Standards, safety and quality requirements. Skills and Qualifications Bachelor of Engineering (Structural, Civil or related discipline) recognised for professional engineering registration in Australia. 7-10 years' structural engineering experience within consulting, infrastructure, industrial, water, transport or major project environments. Proven experience leading structural design, analysis and project delivery across complex engineering projects. Chartered Professional Engineer (CPEng) or equivalent professional standing, with eligibility for Engineers Australia membership. Experience mentoring and developing engineering teams while managing client and stakeholder relationships. Proficiency with structural analysis and design software such as Microstran, SpaceGass and equivalent platforms. Strong knowledge of Australian Standards, structural engineering principles, concrete, steel and foundation design. Commercially focused with demonstrated capability managing project budgets, resources, risk and project performance. RPEQ, RPEV, NER registration and Construction White Card highly regarded.
