Surface Well Test Jet Pump Supervisor Ops Supervisor

Position: Jet Pump Surface Supervisor Location: Kirkuk, Iraq Employment Type: 1 years Contract role Rotation- 6 week on /3 Week off Job Purpose Responsible for supervising the installation, operation, maintenance, troubleshooting, rig-up, and rig-down of surface well testing equipment, including HP WECO piping, 3-phase separators, manifolds, high-pressure pumps (triplex and plunger), sand management systems, and DAQ equipment. Must have experience in jet pump operations, flowback/flow-to-production activities, circulation operations, and production operations. Strong understanding of HSE requirements, excellent client-facing communication skills, crew management, and fluency in English are essential.
Key Responsibilities Supervise rig-up and rig-down of jet pump surface equipment and high-pressure piping systems.
Install, inspect, and maintain Weco piping, hammer unions, manifolds, valves.
Coordinate daily field operations and ensure operational readiness of equipment.
Verify compliance with HSE requirements and permit-to-work procedures.
Perform pressure testing and integrity verification of surface systems.
Lead troubleshooting activities related to pressure fluctuations, leaks, flow restrictions, and equipment failures.
Coordinate with client representatives, wireline, slickline, and drilling/workover personnel.
Prepare operational reports, equipment inspection records, and maintenance documentation.
Conduct toolbox talks and safety meetings.
Prepare Daily reports.
Conduct Site visits and prepare reports.
Required Qualifications Minimum of HNC/HND/BSc in an engineering science or an equivalent engineering technology qualification including relevant Jet pump System training and a minimum of five years work experience in Surface Well Testing Operations, DAQ, experience with Jet pump operations would be preferable.
