Rotation: 28/28 , Office – 90%, Degassing station – 10% Criteria & Qualifications:
Educational background Master/Bachelor degree in Process, Petroleum, Subsurface, Production Engineering, Engineering Management, or related discipline.
Experience / skills / certificates (if any)
Minimum: 10+ years of experience in the oil, gas, or petrochemical industry.
with extensive exposure to upstream or downstream production operations, process engineering, and performance optimisation.
Discipline Background: Process / Production / Subsurface/ Water/ Facilities Engineering, with proven experience in process monitoring, optimisation.
Managerial Experience: Minimum 3–8 years in supervisory or team leadership roles managing multidisciplinary technical teams.
Master/Batchelor degree in Process, Petroleum, Subsurface, Production Engineering, Engineering Management, or related discipline.
Previous experience in asset engineering / operations engineering role Practical/operational exposure to production facilities Excellent communication, interpersonal and coaching skills Strong bias for being proactive and getting results Excellent IT skills – Office suite, document management, applications for CMMS and Change Management.
Not essential but preferable:
Professional accreditation such as Chartered Engineer or equivalent Core Experience Areas Management of Change (MoC)
Process Safety and Integrity Management (PSIM)
Operational Risk Assessment (ORA) and SORA HAZOP / hazard assessment experience Incident and Event Reporting / Root Cause Analysis (RCA)
