Instrument Field Coordinator Contract

• Responsible as focal point for coordination, inspection of all construction, pre-commissioning, commissioning and startup activities of all field instrumentation, ICSS for client with all client's representative construction engineers to ensure the correctness of the installation.
• Regularly check and audit to ensure safety of the installation workers meet safety standard.
• Liaise with instrument engineers for any witness and hold point throughout the construction activities related to each particular area of responsibility of those engineers.
• To work closely with technicians from owner and PMC organization team to ensure the installation of each individual instrument, ICSS and vendor packages is performed in accordance with the project specification and manufacturer standard.
• Assist in the successful commissioning and flawless start up and normal operational activities through the development of Instrumentation inspection and maintenance activities-based QA/QC procedures.
• Ensure compliance with the Company's QSHE policy and guidelines for construction Inspection activities.
• Ensures that instrumentation/Controls system and vendor package documentation are up-to-date for the version for construction.
• Perform additional assignments and responsibilities as requested by discipline or construction manager..

Qualifications:

• At least 15 years of experience in the Oil Refining & Petrochemical industry, especially covering field instruments, ICSS, installation, commissioning, inspection and testing.
• The incumbent shall have the ability to work in a team in a multicultural environment and must be able to communicate effectively with all levels of the organization.
• Fluency in both written and verbal English is mandatory
