Service Sales Engineer Electrical Rayong

We are looking for an Electrical Engineer who enjoys working with customers and wants to develop a career in technical sales.
In this role, you will work closely with industrial and manufacturing customers to support the maintenance, upgrade, and long-term reliability of electrical power systems, including substations, transformers, and related equipment.
Candidates with a strong electrical engineering background and an interest in moving into sales are encouraged to apply. Previous sales experience is preferred but not essential.
Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with industrial and manufacturing customers.
• Identify opportunities for maintenance services, spare parts, upgrades, and retrofit solutions for electrical power systems.
• Visit customer sites to understand equipment conditions and operational requirements.
• Prepare technical and commercial proposals based on customer needs.
• Support tender submissions, quotations, and contract negotiations.
• Work closely with engineering, service, and project teams to deliver solutions to customers.
• Promote preventive maintenance and asset lifecycle management programs.
• Monitor market trends and identify new business opportunities within the industrial sector.
• Ensure excellent customer satisfaction throughout the sales and service process.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
• 3-7 years of experience in electrical engineering, maintenance, service engineering, project engineering, or technical sales.
• Knowledge of substations, transformers, switchgear, power distribution systems, or industrial electrical equipment.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to interact confidently with customers and technical teams.
• Good command of English.
• Willingness to travel to customer sites as required.
• Based in Rayong, Chonburi, or nearby areas, or willing to relocate to Rayong.
