- Lead the preparation, review, and negotiation of contracts, subcontracts, and related documents.
- Ensure that all contracts are compliant with company policies, legal requirements, and applicable regulations.
- Act as the main point of contact for contractual matters between the company, clients, partners, and subcontractors.
- Monitor contract performance and ensure that all parties fulfill their contractual obligations.
