Technical Service Manager

Lead and manage the technical services department, overseeing mine planning, geotechnical engineering, geology, hydrogeology, and survey operations. Develop, implement, and optimize short-term, medium-term, and Life-of-Mine (LOM) plans in collaboration with the operations and processing teams. Ensure accurate ore control, grade reconciliation, and resource/reserve estimations in line with international reporting standards (e.g., JORC). Direct geotechnical monitoring and slope stability programs to maintain safe mining conditions and mitigate operational risks. Monitor production metrics, analyze technical variances, and drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and cost performance. Provide strategic technical counsel to Senior Management and serve as the main technical liaison for joint ventures, regulatory bodies, and external consultants. Drive team development, mentoring local technical staff and fostering a proactive culture toward health, safety, and environmental stewardship.
