Bim Manager

Key responsibilities include:

• Establish and manage BIM execution requirements, workflows, standards, and information management processes across the project
• Lead coordination of multidisciplinary BIM models across architectural, structural, MEP, civil and specialist systems
• Review BIM models, drawings and associated project information for consistency, completeness, and compliance with project requirements
• Coordinate BIM activities between design consultants, main contractors, specialist subcontractors, and suppliers
• Support construction teams through model-based coordination, sequencing, constructability reviews and resolution of site issues
• Establish and maintain BIM deliverables, model review processes, naming conventions, data requirements and document control interfaces
• Monitor contractor and consultant BIM performance and ensure deliverables align with the agreed BIM Execution Plan and project information requirements
• Support integration of BIM information with project controls, design management, construction planning and commissioning activities

Requirements:

• Strong BIM management or coordination experience within major construction, engineering or infrastructure projects
• Good Thai & English proficiency is essential, both written and spoken
• Strong understanding of BIM workflows, multidisciplinary coordination and information management
• Proficiency with relevant BIM platforms and coordination tools, such as Revit, Navisworks and Autodesk Construction Cloud or equivalent
• Experience working with consultants, contractors and specialist subcontractors in a complex project environment
• Comfortable working in a fully site-based environment in Chonburi
• Willing to work 5.5 days per week, with Saturday half-days typically on a rotational basis
• Contract: 1-year renewable contract
