- Provide technical leadership across civil and structural engineering scopes for a major water infrastructure project.
- Act as the owner's representative, ensuring engineering outcomes align with project objectives, safety requirements and operational needs.
- Lead the review and approval of engineering studies, designs, specifications and technical deliverables.
- Manage and coordinate external engineering consultancies to achieve quality, cost and schedule objectives.
- Oversee civil and structural design activities including earthworks, drainage, roads, reinforced concrete, structural steel and associated infrastructure.
