Warehouse Assistant

The Warehouser.Warehouse.I role in the RE 1081-012-00597 SC – Warehouse – 4050 department supports daily warehouse operations by handling inbound and outbound materials, maintaining accurate inventory records, and ensuring timely order fulfillment. This position offers hands‑on experience in a fast‑paced manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Receive and inspect incoming shipments for accuracy and damage.
• Process and record stock movements in the warehouse management system.
• Pick items from inventory to fulfill internal and external orders.
• Pack orders securely for shipment, adhering to company standards.
• Prepare shipping documentation and coordinate with carriers.
• Organize and label storage locations to optimize space utilization.
• Conduct regular cycle counts and assist with full inventory audits.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and orderly warehouse environment.
• Report discrepancies, shortages, or damages to supervisors promptly.
• Assist in loading and unloading trucks using appropriate equipment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training in logistics is a plus.
• Ability to read and interpret shipping documents and inventory records.
• Basic computer skills; familiarity with warehouse management software preferred.
• Physical ability to lift and move items up to 50 kg regularly.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
• Good communication skills and ability to work in a team.
• Reliability and punctuality with a strong work ethic.
• Basic knowledge of safety procedures and forklift operation (certification optional).
• Flexibility to work overtime or shift changes as needed.
• Arabic and/or English language proficiency for documentation.
