Rolling Operator

To ensure safe and efficient plate rolling operations while maintaining product quality, production targets, and equipment reliability.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate plate rolling machines for fabrication activities.
• Perform rolling operations for cylindrical, conical, and curved components.
• Read and interpret engineering drawings and technical specifications.
• Monitor rolling accuracy, dimensions, and material quality.
• Perform basic machine inspections and routine maintenance.
• Ensure all activities comply with company HSE and quality standards.
• Coordinate with supervisors and production teams to meet project schedules.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience operating plate rolling machines, preferably in heavy plate fabrication.
• Experience in Oil & Gas, pressure vessel, or structural fabrication will be an advantage.
• Able to read and understand engineering drawings and fabrication documents.
• Good knowledge of metal forming processes and material properties.
• Familiar with machine operation, safety procedures, and quality requirements.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
