- Commissioning Leadership: Lead site-based pre-commissioning, functional testing, energized commissioning, and handover of electrical distribution systems, substations, transformers, switchgear, and process equipment.
- Site Supervision: Direct daily electrical construction and commissioning workflows, supervising sub-contractors, electricians, and technicians to adhere strictly to technical drawings, single-line diagrams (SLDs), and project schedules.
- Safety & Compliance: Enforce stringent electrical safety protocols (LOTO/Lockout-Tagout, Arc Flash safety, Isolation procedures) and ensure full alignment with Indonesian standards (PUIL) and international electrical codes (IEC, IEEE).
- Defect Management & Punch Listing: Identify, log, and resolve electrical punch-list items, non-conformances, and operational bottlenecks during energization phases.
- Testing & Inspection: Review and approve electrical test certificates, insulation testing (Megger), relay settings, protection testing, and loop checks prior to plant startup.
- Interdisciplinary Coordination: Collaborate closely with mechanical, instrumentation, civil, and site operations teams to minimize downtime and facilitate smooth integrated plant commissioning.
