- Quality Oversight & Inspection: Conduct rigorous QA/QC inspections across civil, structural, mechanical, piping, or processing infrastructure on-site.
- Standards & Compliance: Audit construction, fabrication, and operational workflows against international engineering standards (ISO, ASTM, ASME, AWS, etc.) and project specifications.
- Defect Management & Reporting: Identify, track, and document quality non-conformances (NCRs), leading root-cause investigations and ensuring corrective actions are effectively implemented.
- Contractor & Vendor Quality Audits: Monitor third-party contractors, suppliers, and sub-contractors to verify adherence to approved Quality Management Plans (QMP) and Inspection & Test Plans (ITP).
- Documentation & Verification: Review and approve technical submittals, material test reports (MTRs), non-destructive testing (NDT) results, and final turn-over dossiers.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with HSE, project management, and site operations teams to embed high-quality safety and technical standards into daily operations.
