Hr Specialist Recruitment Hr Operations 1 Year Contract

Position Summary Independently manage recruitment and daily HR operations for the Bangkok office and project sites across Thailand. Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end recruitment for engineering, construction, HSE and project support roles: sourcing, screening, interviews, offers and hiring trackers (45%).
• Coordinate onboarding, medical examinations, orientation, probation reviews, contract renewal, transfers and offboarding (20%).
• Manage EOR operations, including provider liaison, employment contracts, work orders, timesheets, employee data and discrepancies (20%).
• Handle routine Thai employee HR inquiries, attendance, leave and employee communications; escalate complex issues (10%).
• Coordinate visa and work permit document collection and progress follow-up with responsible parties (5%).
• Communicate directly with project managers and external providers, independently resolve operational bottlenecks and ensure timely closure.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration or related field.
• At least 4 years of hands-on HR experience covering both recruitment and HR operations.
• Prior HR experience in engineering, construction, EPC, energy, power or infrastructure is required.
• Experience recruiting technical and project-site positions; knowledge of Thai employment practices.
• Fluent Thai and strong working English; Mandarin and Chinese multinational experience are advantages.
• Independent, proactive, fast-learning, practical and confident handling difficult conversations professionally.
