Business Development Manager

Position Summary - Drive business development across Thailand and the Philippines, independently developing opportunities, managing commercial execution and coordinating internal sales, tender, product and service teams. Responsibilities

• Identify and develop customers and new wind power and renewable energy opportunities in Thailand and the Philippines.
• Own the sales cycle from customer engagement and opportunity qualification through commercial negotiation and contract signing.
• Develop account strategies, maintain client relationships and prepare market intelligence, pipelines and forecasts.
• Coordinate tenders, technical and commercial proposals, pricing, contract reviews and internal approvals.
• Align sales, tender, product, engineering, legal, finance and service teams; proactively resolve blockers and follow up to closure.
• Support business leadership in tracking priorities and driving cross-functional execution; ensure proper project handover.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business or a related field.
• At least 5 years of project-based B2B sales or BD with demonstrated customer development and deal execution.
• Background in wind, renewable energy, power, EPC, industrial equipment or ICT infrastructure preferred; wind experience not mandatory.
• Experience with proposals, tendering, contract negotiations and cross-functional stakeholder management.
• Fluent English for independent client meetings and negotiations; Mandarin strongly preferred.
• Willing to be based long-term in Thailand and travel frequently to the Philippines; hands-on and results-oriented.
